The Vale provides me with challenges everywhere I turn.

As a boy I used to follow the hunt on foot over these fields. I couldn’t do it now !Spring is always a colourful time in the English countryside, but Blackmore Vale has that something special. A newly planted field with the bright beginnings of a corn crop against the dark brown earth sets my knife into action.
